Thermographic Infrared Analysis

Subsurface moisture (e.g. wet insulation) can
be a main source of leaks and/or structural damage, if left undetected. Moisture
in a roof system can spread quickly, progressing from what could be a small
repair to a major replacement.

Dycon’s uses of thermographic infrared
technology can help to detect whether subsurface moisture is present within the
roof system before extensive damage occurs. This minimizes repair costs, or at the
time of a replacement, can determine if the existing insulation can be reused,
which provides cost savings and also fosters corporate social responsibility.
