Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is key to maintaining the long-term integrity of your roof. Ideally, inspections should take place twice a year (spring and fall) and following any notable weather event.

We’ll take care of coordinating preventative maintenance on a pre-determined schedule or on an as-needed basis.

The simple removal of debris like leaves, twigs and dirt, clearance of drains to ensure water is flowing effectively from the roof, and renewal of sealants can help to preserve the service life of the roof and prevent roof leaks.
